These cheats are enable by entering them as your name and pressing enter. You should then here some beeps then press ESC to go back and enter your name. Remember if you are racing to change back your name so we don’t have multiple Carnival’s racing . Also I sometime take pictures at the end of a race so use your name.
TVTIME
This allows you to see any part of the track from any position. I use this to produce the pictures of the tracks from above. There are 6 keys that control the view point as well as the mouse for direction.

If you are looking around a large track it is quicker to get back into your car and drive to the next area, rather than to move the view point. ( it's very slow ).
